exchanges

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return on unworn pieces. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. 

To start , email us at hi@gethigarden.com with your order number and situation.

Once processed, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Exchanges and returns requires you to pay for shipping.

damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. 

We cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds except in the case of damage.

the color isn't what I'd expected
Our website displays product images as accurately as possible. The color you see on screen may differ slightly from the product's actual color due to monitor differences.
