Shipping policy

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) from the Hudson Valley, NY. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Estimated delivery times begin once the carrier has your package.

Weather, carrier delays, or peak season traffic may extend delivery times. While we can’t control these events, we’ll keep you informed.

Will I get a tracking number?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Why is shipping $5 on such a small, light item??
Fair question, and one I had too. Here's why we do it, tracking. In the funky world of USPS, knowing what's happening is important. And, the first-class rate would still be ~$3 dollars, so it's worth the $2 for knowing.
