performance

maximum dexterity
Seams are specially stitched so they stretch with the fabric instead of fighting it, and this run's stitching has been tightened at the fingertips, where a glove is asked the most.

forever grippy
Made of medical-grade silicon, the grip palm makes working with tools easy. For first-hand description on the grip, check out this video review from our favorite flower farmer.

soil→dirt
Our knit is dense and the fibers tightly packed, so soil sits on the surface and brushes off rather than working into the weave.

feel and weight
Fabric is peached on both sides (yes, it means what you think it means, soft as peachfuzz), so gloves are as comfortable as they are functional.

Each pair is light and breathable enough that you forget you have them on in the summer, which is rather the point: you want to feel the stem you are pinching back.

size + fit

The secret to our signature fit is twofold; first, is the cut itself. The original patterns were inspired by opera length evening gloves popular in the 1950s. Obviously there is a great story of friendship, sisterhood, and a passion for nature behind this, read more here.

Second, a gentle four-way stretch was developed especially over years, tested and refined over a quarter century of horticultural expertise and gardening glove study.

We don't recommend the gloves for extended use in extremely muddy or wet conditions. To each their own, some gardeners enjoy a wet pair on a hot day.

These gloves are not thornproof. Wear while pruning but please use caution.

I love these hi garden gloves. I have many other brands in my gardening glove basket which I may give away as I consistently reach for these. Great fit, so comfortable they keep my hands safe and clean.

So Soft…like second skin.

Foxgloves have been my favorite garden gloves for years. when my latest pairs arrived I was disappointed to see that they were no longer packaged as they had always been. I have yet to use any of the newer pairs, so it remains to be seen if the wearability is the same or not.

Store owner replied: hi wendy, yes we did change the packaging from plastic to the more sustainable recycled paper. the gloves should wind up in the soil so we kept packaging minimal and earth-friendly.

Love these gloves, wish I could get them in black 😉

I like these gloves because they prevent dirt from getting under my fingernails when I garden. I usually wear them under other gardening gloves.

The fabric feels like second skin, I love the padded fingertips especially. They feel so cozy, and keep the mosquitos off of my arms. They got wet and dried easily in a 30 minutes.

I love these gardening gloves! This is my third pair. They last for years, fit comfortably, and allow you to complete tasks that require dexterity while protecting your hands.

Well, I've been gardening for >40 years. These are the best gardening gloves I remember ever having. Things I LoVe about them: Easy on/off wether wet or dry and when wet, I can pull the off easily by the fingers so they're ready for the next task. When they're wet, I have found that they keep me a bit cooler and I can use the back of the glove to wipe the sweat from my face. The nubs on the palm side are great for tedious works. The mid forearm length is PeRfEcT. It's nice to just put them in the laundry for easy clean up. My daughter gardens too and I bought a pair for her. She is as equally thrilled with them. Kudos to HighGarden for making such a fine, quality, and fun to use product that makes me smile 😃

Everyone in my family wears the “grip” style gloves while driving to keep the UV rays off of our hands. We love the gloves but would love them even more if the index fingers had some connectivity to our mobile phones (while not driving).

Love these new gloves! Thin, cool, & tough. I really liked how they go past my wrists - no more mulch, thorns, plant material going inside gloves. I have thistles to pull & of course, they are no match for those beasts...but, I found I coukd slide a leather glove on top of these gloves. So one hand had my new glove plus la eather, thistle-pulling glove & it worked out great!! Love these!

They are so comfortable and protect my forearms from touching the plants which make me itch!

I bought 3 pairs 10 years ago to keep them in various work places. They held up under very heavy landscaping jobs and moving rocks. I love the way they hug my hands and don’t feel like a worn out sock. I especially like the way I can easily grip my hand tools without slipping. I would definitely recommend these gloves!!!

mid rise | pinenut

Always a little skeptical ordering unseen items on line but these gloves turned out to be outstanding and even better than expected. They were out of stock on the green gloves in size small so I ordered the bright pink ones. Expensive but well worth the price if you love gardening. After the first use I knew the quality was there and I will return to purchase green at a later date. Do not hesitate to purchase.

Really like the gloves, exactly what I wanted

Been buying and wearing them for years known as Foxgloves. Tracked them down to you. Love them! They are hand savers, wear forever and pretty enough to wear for dressy occasions. New and clean of course!

These fit beautifully, soft and i love the grip.

mid rise | herb

They make you feel like you are not wearing gloves and naturally gardening but not sacrificing protection. I love them and have been using for years!

I have had a pair for two years and love them. I ordered two more after I found who was selling them. I love you can wash them after they become dirty. First gloves that my fingernails haven’t broken through the tips. A little pricey but worth the money.

mid rise | haze

Love these gloves, they are soft and fits very snugly.

This is my second hat. I purchased my 1st one 3 years ago & it is still going strong & just a tad faded. It is has been so great to wear when I am outside working in the garden. It's flexible, light & comfortable. The brim is the perfect size for shading my face from the sun as opposed to others that are either too big or too small. It packs up easily in a suitcase to take for hiking excursions. It's also easy to hand wash & hang outside to dry. I bought this 2nd one for travel. Love the color!

Store owner replied: thank you for such a thoughtful review, Susan. the hats love you back!! We've got new colors coming in August so keep a lookout <3

I don't have a traditional garde, I am establishing a wildlife habitat and need to be able to tease an interloper alien weed away from my native plants. These Higarden gloves are perfect for this work. They fit beautifully and are a delight to wear.

Pondside loves the garden hats and we receive many complements on them!

Store owner replied: Yay Shaleen!! We are thrilled for you and that gorgeous zinnia!

Second pair. First ones lasted six years. So great!

mid rise | herb

The gloves are beautiful, high quality and worth the cost. Excellent customer service!

mid rise | herb

They are similar to the foxgloves I bought a few years ago and loved. These are the same quality, but not as long as the older ones.

high rise | tickled

Store owner replied: Believe it or not, it's the same glove! Foxgloves became higarden in January when the owners retired. We haven't made any changes to the design or fit.

I first bought a pair of these gloves from Lee Valley here in Canada. It was alive at first wear. I dramatically lost them at the beginning of this gardening season. The pair I lost was a size medium and the set I bought was in large. I think I would have loved a size medium and a half ahah but they are wonderful no matter what. Unmatched quality and comfort. By far.

Love these gloves! Perfect for detail weeding when one needs all the dexterity one can get.

mid rise | haze

Absolutely love these gloves! Worth every penny. My forearms were getting a bit itchy with all the weeding I was doing and these have saved the day! Thank you, will be ordering more!

high rise | pinenut

Best fit, great color, so happy to have found these gloves.

mid rise | haze

I love these gloves. Despite the risks, I usually go without gloves because I can't feel fragile oak roots and other things in the ground with standard gardening gloves, but I finally found a pair that is perfect for my needs! I'd buy some for my mom, but she would say that they're too pretty to use :)

Who knew garden gloves could be chic!? They feel even better than they look, I love them!

mid rise | herb

I have been wearing these gloves gardening for years and love them!

So far these gloves are the best I've had. Comfortable and functional. First day with them so i don't know how long lasting yet. I do heavy duty garden work.

These are very nice gloves, but they are not really thick enough for the work I do in my garden. I miss the gauntlet gloves that Foxgloves used to sell.

Best gardening gloves I’ve ever owned! Everything you’ve ever hoped for in a gardening glove. They were gifted to me and now I buy them to give to others. Adelaide Moran Wehpittituck Farm

Arrived as described. Would probably order the longer version instead next time, but super excited to play in the dirt this week.

I've used this type of glove for over 25 years. They are wonderful for planting and plant clean-up.
